Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through Front Line Delivered, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to this website, our forms, and text and email messages we exchange with you.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us: name, mobile number, email, delivery city or ZIP, the vehicle you are interested in, a down payment and monthly payment you are considering, a general credit range you select, trade-in details, and anything you type into a message or note field.
• Information from your device: IP address, browser and device type, pages and vehicles viewed, referring site, and advertising identifiers, collected through cookies and similar technology.
• Information from others: if you apply for financing, lenders and credit reporting agencies return credit and decision information to us. Vehicle history providers supply vehicle records. Advertising platforms may tell us which campaign you came from.

Selecting a credit range on a payment calculator is not a credit application and does not pull your credit. A credit report is only obtained when you complete a credit application and authorize it.

2. How we use it

• To respond to you, confirm availability, and arrange delivery.
• To submit a credit application to lenders on your behalf, at your request.
• To prepare the buyer's order, finance contract, tag, title and registration paperwork.
• To keep records required of a licensed motor vehicle dealer, including federal identification and anti-money-laundering records.
• To improve the site, measure which ads produce customers, and market vehicles to you.
• To detect fraud and protect our business.

3. Who we share it with

• Lenders and finance sources, when you ask us to seek financing.
• Service providers who run our systems — customer relationship management, texting, email, hosting, analytics and advertising platforms — who may use it only to perform services for us.
• Government agencies for titling, registration and tax, and where required by law, subpoena or a lawful request.
• Transport and delivery partners, limited to what is needed to deliver your vehicle.
• A buyer of the business, in the event of a sale, merger or transfer of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We do use advertising cookies and pixels; some state laws treat that as a "sale" or "sharing," and you may opt out as described below.

4. Financial privacy (GLBA)

As a motor vehicle dealer that arranges financing, we are treated as a financial institution under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Nonpublic personal financial information you give us in connection with a credit application is used and shared only as permitted by that law — principally with the lenders considering your application, our service providers, and as required by law — and we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect it. You will receive our GLBA privacy notice at the time you apply for financing, and that notice governs that information.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technology for site functionality, analytics, and advertising, including tools from Google and Meta that let us show ads to people who visited this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use your device's "limit ad tracking" setting, and opt out at optout.aboutads.info. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

6. Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message. See our Text Message Terms.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link, or reply and ask.
• Calls: tell us to stop and we will note it and stop.
• Access, correction and deletion: depending on your state, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of targeted advertising. Write to the address at the bottom of this page or email [email protected] and tell us what you want. We will verify who you are before acting, we will not discriminate against you for asking, and we will respond within the time your state's law allows. Some records — deal jackets, title and tax records, credit files — we are required to keep even after a deletion request, and we will tell you when that applies.

7. Security and retention

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, and we maintain an information security program as required by the FTC Safeguards Rule. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us over the internet or by text. We keep information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and as long as required by tax, dealer licensing, lending and consumer protection recordkeeping rules.

8. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The posted version, with the date at the top, is the one in effect. Material changes will be posted here.
